Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd is soaring on bourses in today’s trade; is up by more than 7%. The stock is witnessing a price volume breakout with the volumes in today trade being 5.91 times its average daily volumes.
On 7th March the company announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Inox Renewables Limited (IRL) has signed an agreement with Leap Green Energy Private Ltd to sell all of its wind power projects of IRL to the subsidiary of Leap Green on a slump sale basis.
The transaction is expected to be completed within next few months. The stock over one year has generated over 20%. Major indices have gained in today’s trade in second half after declining in the first session. Sensex is up nearly 45 points at 29941 and Nifty is up by 7 points at 8930 levels.
