PTC India Financial Services stocks are soaring high in the early hours of trade as they are trading up by over 3% on BSE at Rs 41.70 per share. The Company in its filing to BSE on March 30, 2017, informed that it has successfully divested entire stake in Indian Energy Exchange Ltd., for an amount of Rs 132.54 crore.
Prior to the sale, the investments of PTC India Financial Services in IEX stood at Rs 1.52 crore. BSE Finance index is trading up by 16 points or 0.33% at 4890 levels. PTC India Financial Services Ltd is currently trading at Rs 41.6, up by Rs 1.25 or 3.1% from its previous closing of Rs 40.35 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 41 and has touched a high and low of Rs 42.2 and Rs 40.4 respectively. So far 2643443(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 2591.61 crore.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 44.75 on 18-Jan-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs 33.1 on 29-Mar-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 40.9 and Rs 38.8 respectively.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.99 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.7 % and 23.3 % respectively. The stock is currently trading above its 50 DMA.
