PTL Enterprises Locked At 5% Lower Circuit

PTL Enterprises on Monday’s trade, is locked in its lower circuit, down by 5% and stuck at Rs 59.85, at 1000 hours on the BSE platform. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs 63 per share and an intraday low of Rs 59.85.

The stock hit its 52-week low of Rs 59.85 on the same day. The company recently on March 22, 2017 announced that it has transferred 4,62,12,899 equity shares of Rs 2 each held by Constructive Finance to Sunrays Properties and Investment Co. Pvt, by a way of gift.

PTL Enterprises Limited in a period of one year has delivered negative returns of over 57%. The stock has underperformed the BSE Small Cap and Nifty Services Sector over the same time span.

PTL Enterprises Limited is in the leasing activity. The company generates income by leasing its plant to Apollo Tyres Ltd. The truck-bus, cross ply tires manufactured at the company's plant, which are leased to Apollo Tyres Ltd under the brand name Apollo, are sold/exported by Apollo Tyres Ltd.
