Zuari Agro Jumps By 3% On Acquiring Shares Of Nagarjuna Fertilisers

Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited is trading higher by nearly 3% at Rs 336.5 per share in Friday’s trading session.

The company has recently acquired 3,22,67,741 shares of Nagarjuna Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited (NFCL) from Zuari Global Limited (ZGL).

Nagarjuna Fertilizers has also touched its intraday high of Rs 27.35 per share, higher by 3.5%. Other agricultural stocks are trading with slightly positive bias on Friday.

The markets are trading firm in positive territory with a bullish undertone. Nifty is trading at the 9119 level, up by 33 points; and Sensex is trading at the 29460 level, up by 129 points.
