HDIL Spikes Nearly 5% Launches New Project


Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd.'s stocks are surging higher by nearly 5% in week’s first trading day on BSE. The stock opened at Rs 92.10 per share; which is also its low & a high of Rs 96.80 per share on Monday’s trading session.

The realty player launched a new project “The Nest” at Mumbai, under affordable housing brand “Budget Homes” having 263 open for sales in Phase 1 of the project.

The stock has underperformed both BSE Realty index and BSE Small Cap index on a yearly basis.

The market cap for the company stands at Rs 4153.42 crore, & the total traded quantity till 10:32 IST stands at Rs 18.52 lakh.

Sectoral indices in BSE are trading with mixed sentiments, where BSE Realty index is trading in positive territory, up over 76 points or nearly 4% at 1997 levels.
