IOC Touches Fresh 52-Week High M-Cap Crosses Rs 2 Lakh Cr

India's largest commercial enterprise, Indian Oil Corporation, hits fresh 52-high of Rs 419.8 per share, up by 2.5%.

The stock has entered into the list of companies having a market capitalisation above Rs 2 lakh cr. As per the fresh 52-week high of the stock, the market capitalisation of the Indian Oil Corporation stands at Rs 2,03,850 cr.

The stock has been in focus since the state owned company decided to change the petrol and diesel prices every day in sync with the international rates, much like what happens in most of the advanced nations.

It is the top gainer in the BSE Oil and Gas index, and is contributing the most to the index's gains, outperforming the major indices in the market.

On NSE, the stock has traded with the volume of 22,09,432 shares as of 11:44 hours on Thursday, and its traded value stands at Rs 91.68 cr.
