DCB Concludes Tier I Capital Raising Of Around 379 Crores Through QIP


DCB bank, on Saturday, 29 April 2017, announced that it has successfully concluded Tier I capital raising of approximately Rs 379 crores through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP).

The stock of DCB bank surged over 7% on Tuesday, 02 May 2017 on the BSE.

DCB, in its BSE filing also said that its Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), as of March 31, 2017, was 13.76% of which Tier I capital was 11.87% and Tier II was 1.89% as per Basel III norms, that is, before the above-mentioned capital. DCB bank has hit an intraday high of Rs 200.40 and a low of Rs 183.35.
