Thomas Cook subsidiary signs A JV With DER Touristik

The travel support service provider, Thomas Cook, has entered into a joint venture agreement with DER Touristik Group through its wholly owned subsidiary.

The joint venture deal is between Travel Corporation (India) (TCI) and DER Touristik. The joint venture is to form TCI Go Vacation India Private Limited. The company would be operational from Delhi, NCR.

DER Touristik, a European trade and tourism group enhances its DMC network with a view to strengthening its network across the globe. 

TCI has been working as a local partner for DER companies for more than a decade. With this Go, Vacation group adds another country apart from Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.

Group is looking forward to expanding more into India. Moreover, it is also expected to get visitors from UK, Germany, Switzerland etc.
