Deep Industries Surges 2%, Bags Order From ONGC


Deep Industries surged to 2% at Rs 283.65 per share on BSE on the early hours of Friday’s trade.

The company has been awarded a contract by ONGC Ltd. The contract is for securing the services of 30 tons Workover rig to be deployed in ONGC CBM Asset, Bokaro.

The tenure of the contract is one year and the total estimated value of the said contract is Rs 3.72 crore.

Deep Industries participate in the growing services business in the Indian on-shore gas market and with proven capabilities is confident to emerging a significant beneficiary of the vast opportunities this sector has on offer. The company is a provider of services in Oil & Gas field operations by catering various equipment and services under rental and chartered-hire basis.

Meanwhile, on NSE the stock attracted a traded volume of 41,875 shares and a traded value of Rs 117.98 lakh.
