SBI’s Paid-up Share Rises to Rs 863 crore


On Monday, SBI said that its paid-up capital has increased due to placement through QIP is Rs 863.20 crore.

In a regulatory filing of BSE the company says that the paid up equity share capital of the bank increased from Rs 810.98, 57,182 to Rs 863, 20,50, 393which are comprising 863, 20 50 363 shares of face value is Re.1 each. Successful eligible investors said that In the last week, the lending major had allotted more than 52 cores of face value is Re 1 at a price Rs 287.25/ equity share to Rs 14,999 crore for 61 aggregating.
